Agent Operating System (AOS)：分布式 agentic 系统参考 operating architecture
arXiv:2608.03214（8-4 提交）：提出 vendor-neutral AOS，定义 intent governance、delegation authority、uncertainty control、runtime coordination 与 action 可追溯性等 invariants；不替代现有 framework/infra，而是通过 operating architecture 组合 heterogeneous 组件。对 MCP / multi-agent 平台：与 8-4 AISI 事件呼应——缺 OS 层 governance 时，framework 堆叠无法单独保证 eval/production 边界。
